Founding partner
Before founding her own firm, Jessica worked for several years in a well-known downtown Montreal law firm, specializing in complex family law cases.
Known for taking a human approach to her cases, Jessica is always available to her clients, making sure to explain every step of the legal process. Her great devotion enables her to excel at every stage of a case, from strategic orientation to negotiation and representation before the courts.
She is particularly passionate about complex cases involving parenting time and child custody, alimony and the imputation of a party's income.
If Me Provencher-Garand isn't busy working on your case, she's probably with loved ones or planning her next trip.

Attorney
Carla Gharzouzi is a dedicated family law attorney with a strong passion for helping families navigate key transitions in their lives. After completing her legal internship at a boutique Montreal law firm specializing in family and estate law, she was called to the Bar and has since focused her career on family law.
Carla earned her law degree from Saint Joseph University in Beirut and holds a Master’s in Private International Law and International Trade from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. She began her legal career in Lebanon before moving to Quebec, where she completed a law equivalency program at the Université de Montréal.
Throughout her studies, Carla was actively involved in her university’s legal clinic, tutored underprivileged children, and distinguished herself in an international arbitration moot competition for her exceptional advocacy skills.
Known for her compassion and empathy, Carla is also a determined and strategic litigator when disputes arise. Her commitment, resilience, and client-centered approach make her a trusted advocate in the legal process.

Ms. Wood also began her career with a well-known downtown Montreal firm specializing in family law. It was at this same firm that she met Me Provencher-Garand.
Me Wood is renowned for handling her cases with rigor, meticulousness and tenacity. Although she handles her cases with an iron fist, Jillian is known for her empathetic and personal approach to listening to the particular needs of each of her clients.
While Me Wood enjoys all areas of family and matrimonial law, she is particularly passionate about complex parenting time issues and finding a mutually satisfactory out-of-court settlement.
When Me Wood isn't in court, you can find her walking her affectionate greyhound, Harry, or planning her next camping trip.

Attorney
Me Tremblay began her career working for a national law firm and a boutique family law firm, and then pivoted towards her own family law practice before joining Garand, Wood as a collaborator.
Julie is known for her discipline, devotion and compassion. May it be to negotiate an agreement or to present a complex case to the court, her clients can count on her as their loyal ally.
Me Tremblay finds a particular interest in files involving children and their best interests, although you can find her working on a wide array of matters including child support, spousal support and division of assets.
Outside of practicing law, Me Tremblay can be found enjoying a meal at the restaurant, strolling in the forest or spending time with her family.
